6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 (14-ounce) can condensed milk

Marshmallow Meringue Frosting:

1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
